This piece represents the brain of the author after surface reconstruction using CIVET 2.1, visualized using BrainBrowser, with cortical thickness as a colour map overlaid on the mid gray/white surface. The Neural Style Transfer (Gatys, 2015) artificial neural network architecture was then used to transfer the author's mother's piece Summer on the Sixth Range (Cherney, 2014) style to the image.
