Big data co-registration : Simultaneous view of 1080 brains.
With just a little order the main difference can be seen when the turtle appears : aloha !
In this example we select the 540 youngest and the 540 oldest brains (among 10000). All data were preprocessed the same way : bias correction, normalisation and segmentation (with spm). We add in overlay the gray matter in green and the CSF in blue (probability map threshold at 0.9).
