Serendipit

Just like the Three Princes of Serendip, scientists often make discoveries of things they were not in quest of. Serendipity is half chance, half sagacity, owing to the capacity of seeing a concept under a new light when a new viewpoint presents itself. Here, the Brodmann structural atlas is projected on a MRI T1-weighted brain image and presented with a visualization blurrying the boundaries of the structural and functional long-standing dichotomy. Created with MRIcroGL and Rawtherapee.
